Reporter’s statement
“Mathae won the auction on Tuesday and we agreed to meet at the Monkey Island docks at 20:00. I waited about forty minutes and messaged twice. They replied the next day saying they had been busy, we rearranged for Thursday, and they did not turn up again. I have held the familiar this whole time.”
